The City of Meridian develops Master Plans to maintain current infrastructure and provide for future growth. These plans help the City anticipate the next five, ten, and even twenty years. Using the Master Plans as a guide, hydraulic models are developed that simulate the current sewer and water systems. This allows the City to predict the impact of future growth. Models help us ensure adequate infrastructure is built to meet sewer, water, and fire protection needs.
